- Technical Drawings: High-precision 1:1 detail drawings and CAD models for both tender and design purposes, focusing on accuracy and problem-solving of complex geometry and integration of the design with all other technical services.
- Materials and Finishes Selection: Expertise in wall, floor, and ceiling finishes, furniture fabrics, and artwork. Manages material and finish schedules, and compiles comprehensive specification sheets.
